How soon is the material delivered?
Edited photographs typically within three to seven working days; video and aftermovies within seven to fourteen, depending on complexity. If you need selected photographs on the day for a press release, tell us in advance so we can set up the workflow.
How many photographs do we receive?
It depends on the length and scale of the event. For a full-day event, typically 300–800 selected and edited frames. We prioritise usable photographs over volume.
Can we request the raw files?
Yes, agreed in advance, since the volume is large and needs its own storage media. Most clients find the edited and organised set sufficient.
Is drone coverage always possible?
Not always. Parts of Jakarta and areas near airports are restricted or require special permits. We check the location status first and tell you before including it in a quote.
Can this be combined with live streaming?
Yes, and it is more efficient. Because we handle both, camera positions can be planned to serve both requirements without multiplying crew.
