A broadcast that does not cut out mid-event
Live broadcast offers no second chance. If the connection drops twenty minutes into an official address, there is no fixing it afterwards. Everything about how we build this service is therefore organised around one thing: keeping the stream up.
We bring our own dedicated internet connection rather than sharing the venue network with several hundred delegates. Encoding and switching are handled by a dedicated operator monitoring stream quality throughout, and the entire broadcast is recorded locally as a safeguard.
A multi-camera setup allows the cuts that keep a remote audience engaged — from speaker, to presentation, to the room. Combined with graphic assets such as lower thirds and bumpers, the result resembles television rather than a static camera left running in the corner.
We have streamed national working meetings, international forums, graduations, concerts, and product launches for ministries, state-owned enterprises, corporations, and multilateral organisations.

Why Impresif
What sets our live streaming apart
Dedicated internet, not venue wifi
We bring our own connection of up to 75 Mbps reserved for the broadcast, so quality is unaffected by delegate usage.
Multi-camera with a dedicated operator
Camera cuts are made live by a switcher operator, not left to a static camera recording on its own.
Automatic backup recording
The entire broadcast is recorded locally alongside the stream, so you keep a full-quality archive regardless.
Simultaneous multi-platform output
One production can go out to YouTube, Zoom, and social platforms at the same time without additional camera crew.

Frequently Asked
Common questions about live streaming
What is live streaming, and how does it differ from simply recording video?
Live streaming broadcasts video over the internet as the event happens, without recording and editing first. Remote viewers watch at the same moment as the people in the room, and can take part through comments or a Q&A session.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube, Zoom, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and your own website. Several can run simultaneously from one production. Platform choice should follow where your audience already is — YouTube for public reach, Zoom for a defined group that needs to interact.
What internet speed is required?
For 1080p at 30 fps, a stable upload of roughly 6–10 Mbps. Stability matters more than headline speed, which is why we bring a dedicated connection rather than relying on a shared venue network.
What happens if the connection fails during the event?
We run a backup connection on a separate carrier, and the entire broadcast is recorded locally. If the stream is disrupted, the full-quality recording is unaffected and can be published afterwards.
Which package suits my event?
Silver suits single-room events with one focal point, such as a webinar or online class. Gold suits seminars and working meetings that need camera cuts and on-screen presentation. Platinum suits large events with a wide stage, multiple sessions, and a substantial remote audience. If you are unsure, describe the event and we will advise.
How much does live streaming cost?
Cost depends on camera and crew numbers, duration, location, graphics requirements, and whether multi-platform output is needed. We quote after understanding the event so you are not paying for components you will not use. Consultation is free.
Do we receive the recordings?
Yes. Full original-quality recordings are handed over after the event. If you need per-session cuts or short versions for social media, we can prepare those as additional work.
