Production nobody notices, and everybody feels
Attendees rarely notice the lighting design or where the speakers are placed. What they notice is whether they can hear the speaker clearly, whether the screen is readable from the back row, and whether the event runs without technical pauses. That is the work of event production.
Impresif Indonesia covers the full technical requirement: stage design and build, LED screens or projection, sound systems, lighting, and operation throughout the event. All core equipment is ours, so readiness never depends on what a rental house has available that week.
Our crew is used to working on events that go out live — conditions that allow no second take. That habit carries into all our production work: layered checks, backup equipment on site, and a full technical rehearsal before anyone walks into the room.

Why Impresif
What sets our event production apart
Core equipment is ours
Cameras, switchers, audio, and lighting are our own inventory. Condition is known and does not change from event to event.
Backups always on site
Critical equipment travels with a spare unit. One failure does not stop the event.
Technical rehearsal is mandatory
Every event begins with a full check: audio, screen content, lighting, and the flow between sessions.
Built around the cameras too
Because documentation and broadcast are ours, camera positions and lighting are designed from the start to produce good footage.

Frequently Asked
Common questions about event production
Can you handle production only, without the organising?
Yes. Many of our clients already have an organiser or an internal team and need only a production partner. We work to the direction of your show caller.
How do you determine the right technical specification?
It follows from room capacity and shape, attendee numbers, event type, and whether the event is being broadcast. We conduct a site visit first, then specify accordingly — rather than defaulting to the largest package.
How long does the build take?
For a mid-sized event, six to twelve hours, usually the day before. Large stages with custom construction can need two to three days. The schedule is set by venue access.
Do you supply generators?
Yes, including the power load calculation and distribution. This matters for outdoor venues and buildings with limited electrical capacity, and it is often overlooked until the day itself.
